  • Yes. Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time. Just let us know the name of the person who will be attending in your place.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are not eligible for a refund or studio credit.

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund or studio credit. Because supplies are prepared in advance for each registered guest, we’re unable to recoup those costs when a seat goes unused.

  • If The Creative Greenhouse cancels or reschedules a workshop, registered guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another available workshop.
